Terms of service for BillingBench covering acceptable use of benchmarks, tools, and workspace accounts. BillingBench tools and benchmark data are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice. Benchmark figures are drawn from cited primary sources; BillingBench is not responsible for errors in the underlying source publications. Appeal letter outputs are starting points — users are responsible for reviewing regulatory citations against the applicable plan document and governing law before submission.
Workspace accounts are subject to the subscription terms, including the Business Associate Agreement executed at signup. Acceptable use: BillingBench tools may not be used to submit fraudulent claims, generate letters with materially false regulatory citations, or in any manner that violates HIPAA, the False Claims Act, or applicable state billing regulations.
