Privacy Policy

BillingBench privacy policy covering data collection, use, and your rights under CCPA and applicable law. BillingBench does not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics trackers, or vendor pixels of any kind. BillingBench does not sell personal data and does not share personal data with RCM software vendors, payers, or clearinghouses.

Public tool usage: BillingBench's public tools (Denial Risk Tool, Appeal Letter Builder, ERA Parser, etc.) are stateless — no tool inputs are stored or transmitted. Server logs retain standard HTTP access logs (IP address, timestamp, URL path, user agent) for security and performance purposes. These logs are not linked to individual users and are not retained beyond 30 days.

Workspace accounts: account email, encrypted password hash, and subscription status are stored. Denial queue entries, saved letters, and ERA dashboard data are stored under your account. This data is not shared with third parties. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@billingbench.com.
