Refund Policy
BillingBench workspace subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the account billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period — there is no prorated refund for the remaining days of a paid period. Refunds for the current period are available within 7 days of an initial subscription or renewal charge if the workspace features were not used during the period. Contact support@billingbench.com within 7 days of the charge to request a refund. Annual subscription refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for unused portions beyond the 7-day window.
